Exercise: 60-90 minutes to prevent weight regain

There is compelling evidence that formerly obese individuals require 60 to 90 minutes of moderate intensity activity to prevent weight regain according to a recent paper published in the Obesity Reviews.
They also suggest, although definitive data are lacking, that 45 to 60 minutes per day of moderate intensity activity is required to prevent overweight people from becoming obese.
For children, the recommend even more activity.
