Medium chain triglycerides increase weight loss by 3.7 lbs in 4 months
Women consuming a diet containing 18-24 grams of medium chain triglycerides ( MCT’s ) per day as part of a weight loss program lost 3.7 pounds more after four months than women following the same weight loss program that used the same amount of olive oil instead. This according to a study by researchers at Columbia University in New York, NY, USA.
