Maybe it’s not classified as a ‘weight loss supplement’, but I’ve seen passing comments (in women’s magazines no less) about it helping with blood sugar regulation, etc. Is it another chromium-type-snafu, or legit?

Nynavae,

Cinnamon does lower blood sugar, but I have not seen anything suggesting it helps with weight loss.
